Meet Our Founders
Barks & Recreation was founded by Kenny and Karyn McCormick and Ryan and Keenon Hulton. The McCormicks had previous experience working in a dog boarding and daycare facility out of state and had a desire to open an excellent version here in Cleveland. They brought the idea to the Hultons, who could see the need for it here in the community and decided to embark on this adventure. Our families have enjoyed being part of this process from the dreaming and planning stage to the joyous grand opening. We are delighted to serve our community with the best care for their beloved pets!

We provide the best pet care with excellent customer service in order to positively enhance the busy lives of our clients. We aim to create peace of mind by ensuring that all pets are being cared for with exceptional and individualized attention. We will always conduct ourselves professionally and with integrity, ensuring that our clients, their pets, and their personal property are respected at all times. We will love and treat each pet as though they are our own while in our care.
